Portfolio 12: Learner Strategies : A Guide for Teachers
Sara Cotterall & Hayo Reinders
This book is about strategies learners can use to make their language learning and practice more successful and enjoyable. It is also about how teachers can help their learners develop those strategies. By making strategies part of their courses, teachers can help prepare their learners for their future study. This practical guide gives examples of strategies and ideas on how to introduce and practise them in class. It also looks at what materials can be used and how to adapt them. This book will help teachers develop what is an essential skill in the language classroom.
